Our total liability in connection with any consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
Payment terms for consulting engagements will be set out in the relevant engagement agreement or invoice. Standard terms are payment within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant engagement agreement. Upon termination, any fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
